Formal requirements for job offer letter

Hi,

I received an offer letter from a company. I had an interview but it was conducted in a private residence instead of an office. The offer letter does not contain the formula for commission or the job description.

Kindly advise if this information needs to be clearly outlined in the contract.

All entitlements must be duly recorded in writing agreed/signed by both parties failing which it is not enforceable. Further the same must be mentioned in the Ministry of Labour contract which should follow the Offer letter.
