Lifting a labour ban to work with a new employer

Please note that the labour ban may be lifted at the discretion of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

In this regard, you may approach the ministry, requesting for a review of the ban and you may further represent regarding the new job offer which meets the following criteria.

1st professional level: Bachelor’s degree certification; AED 12,000 salary

2nd professional level: College diploma certification; AED 7,000 salary

3rd professional level: High school diploma certification; AED 5,000 salary
