Premature resignation from a limited labour contract without notice

I resigned from a two-year labour contract without notice.

I did not complete the contract term, but I worked more than one year and eight months.

Do I get a labour ban?

If you have completed one year of service, then you shouldn't get a ban.

In case you did not serve the notice period, you have to compensate the employer with one month salary.
