تسوية القضايا المصرفية واستخراج شهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية من الشرطة
مرحبًا،
لقد كانت هناك بعض القضايا المرفوعة ضدي بواسطة البنوك بسبب شيك مرتجع ولقد هربت من الإمارات.
بعد بضع سنوات، لقد قمت في الوقت الحالي بتسوية كافة الديون مع جميع البنوك ولقد قدموا لي شهادات مخالصة وشهادات عدم ممانعة.
أحتاج إلى المساعدة للتأكد من تسوية القضايا واستخراج شهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية من مركز الشرطة المختص على وجه السرعة.
اطلب المساعدة من محامٍ مختص للتعليق وأيضًا تحديد أتعابه مقابل القيام بهذا الأمر.

You have done the right thing in clearing the liability with all the banks and obtaining clearances. However, you should have cleared the civil liability with the bank.
When you first defaulted with the banks, the banks would have filed a police case against you.
You must also confirm with the banks if they filed or withdrew the police case from the system.
If they have not withdrawn, then you can face issues while travelling into the country. Similarly, a police clearance certificate will not be issued.
You must engage the services of a lawyer to inspect the police records and ensure there are no cases against you.
Consequently, you may apply for a Police Clearance Certificate through Dubai Police or the Ministry of Interior website.
