Hello, If they are refusing to make the payment despite notification you would need to approach the relevant court for remedy. In this case, the place (jurisdiction) where you raise your case (Bahrain, UAE or elsewhere) would depend on the agreement you have with them. It could also be that there is an arbitration clause contained in the agreement (in which case you might need to arbitrate and not go to courts). If the agreement is silent on this issue, we would need to know more about the services rendered in order to advise you.
