Check the terms and conditions of the agreement. If the jurisdiction conferred on courts in Bahrain, then file a court case in Bahrain.

And if the jurisdiction is conferred on courts in the UAE, then you have to file a case there.

You can send them a legal notice detailing the amount and the time frame in which you grant them to pay the amount.

In case the amount was not paid in the given period, you can file a case against them.

If they are refusing to make the payment despite notification you would need to approach the relevant court for remedy.

In this case, the place (jurisdiction) where you raise your case (Bahrain, UAE or elsewhere) would depend on the agreement you have with them.

It could also be that there is an arbitration clause contained in the agreement (in which case you might need to arbitrate and not go to courts).

If the agreement is silent on this issue, we would need to know more about the services rendered in order to advise you.
