المطالبة بالحقوق عند إنهاء الخدمة دون سبب وجيه
هل يمكنني رفض التوقيع على خطاب إنهاء الخدمة الذي أرسله لي صاحب العمل باعتباري من العمالة الزائدة دون سبب محدد أو إخطار مسبق؟
وهل يمكنني كذلك المطالبة بالحصول على راتب ثلاثة أشهر كتعويض؟

From your message, I understand that you have been terminated by the company as a part of redundancy without any prior written notice.
This is the reason why you did sign the termination letter provided by the company.
If this is the case, yes, this is arbitrary dismissal and based on the Labour Law you are entitled to a maximum of 3 months salary.
Before approaching the court (in the court you will have to pay lawyers fee, court fee, expenses for the Arabic translation of documents), I suggest to serve your former employer with a legal notice requesting the 3 months salary and other compensation if they did not provide it to you (end of service gratuity, salary, bonuses, unused vacation...etc).
In case he did not reply to the legal notice, we can start the court case against the company.
