Please clarify the type of travel ban which was issued against you, whether it is issued from the police, public prosecution, Dubai courts, Rent Dispute Committee etc. as I will be able to advise based on this information since you can get banned from traveling by any of these authorities and the ban will not be lifted/released until you pay or take off the reason for the ban from the issuing authority.
