Claiming passport from the employer after cancellation of visa

Dear Valuable Client,

I understood your concern.

You can immediately visit Al Adheed Centre in Oud Mehta or Ontime typing centre to raise an urgent complaint to take your passport.

The smart request is called (أمر على عريضة) in Arabic.

Dubai court will issue an order for police to take the passport from your Boss. For Court Order, you can follow up with the typing centre from where you typed the abovementioned request.

Once you get the Order, call Dubai Police on 999 and give the same order to Police. The police will get your passport.

Please note that this procedure is only for Dubai-issued visas.

For any other Emirate, you have to visit the respective court to make the request.

For filing this complaint, you will require:

- Your Emirates ID copy,

- Visa page,

- Trade License copy

- And your labour contract.
