المطالبة بمستحقات نهاية الخدمة وإلغاء التأشيرة عند انتهاء العقد

لقد أكملت بالفعل عقد عمل محدد مدته عامين مع صاحب العمل. وكما هو منصوص عليه في إشعارهم بعدم التجديد، سيقومون بدفع آخر راتب مستحق لي ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة عند تقديم التأشيرة أو تذكرة الطيران.

لحسن الحظ، تمكنت من العثور على وظيفة جديدة وبينما لا تزال الأوراق قيد الاستخراج، لقد قدمت لهم نسخة من تأشيرة الزيارة لأن صاحب العمل الجديد لا يمكنه استخراج تأشيرة عمل ما لم يتم الانتهاء من استخراج كافة الأوراق القانونية.

على الرغم من أنني قدمت لهم بالفعل نسخة من تأشيرة الزيارة الخاصة بي، لم يمنحني صاحب العمل القديم آخر راتب مستحق لي ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة.

ماذا يجب علي أن أفعل؟

Go to Tawafuq and file a complaint there, they will summon your ex-employer in order to settle your problem.

If he refuses, they will refer your complaint to the court and you will obtain all your dues.

My concern is I signed a paper, but not by my real signature, stating all the due amount has been received.

Will it be a problem for me in pursuing a case against my old employer for not giving me the last salary plus gratuity?

If you have any proof for your money and they still don't want to give it to you, you can make a complaint to finish your problem.

Try to contact them for the last chance.

Can my old company file a labour ban against me if ever I transferred to a competitor?

Given that I already finished the 2-year limited contract.

It depends on your limited contract agreement if the clause mentions the non-competitor with the time you may face problem but if not mentioned in the contract then no problem for you.

Kindly go through your labour contract to be very clear about this non-competitor clause.
