Q: My company terminated me even though I did not violate any rules or do any misconduct or any of the reasons in the UAE Law to be terminated. They also know that it is not my fault.
They hired me last August 2016 as a bus attendant under the sponsorship of RTA Dubai Taxi. Now, they terminated me before my probation ends without notice for the reason that I was underage in which they can't issue the permit.
They did not inform me that there is an age requirement during the interview process and yet they hired me. They also let me pay for the visa. Now, I want to go back to my home country.
I would like to ask, can I get a repatriation expense if I'm terminated under probation? And what other things I can do in this situation?

I resigned on a 30 days notice period & worked from 31.10.2017 to 03.11.2020, now it's the time of settlement.
I have some enquires such as the company deducting visa renewal cost & not giving return ticket also.
So is this legally valid or not?

I have one doubt with regard to payment of air ticket charges. The employee has worked for 3 years and now he has resigned and he is not leaving Dubai.
But he is working for some other company in Dubai.
Do we need to pay flight charges for the employee?
Does any law say that?

Q: Kindly advise me. My contract with my employer is an unlimited contract.
I resigned from my job and on resignation when I demanded my return air ticket, my employer told me that they are not responsible for my repatriation.
They will deduct it from my final settlement. Is this correct?

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.

How to appeal the labor judgment if the court did not approve all my dues? 0
My employer has not paid my salary for 8.5 months. I went to the labor court, and was referred to Dubai Courts.
The judgment came and I did not receive the full claim including salaries and 3 months' compensation.
