With reference to your question, kindly note that there are a few ways by which such a thing can be allowed and the court may enforce it too.

However, the real ownership on the company records will always be lying with the Bahraini; so there will always be a risk.

However, if properly drafted and secured by way of an agreement, then the contract will be enforced by the court of law.
