Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

Please note that you can't force the local sponsor to transfer his shares in the absence of any legitimate reasons like not coming to sign documents, not cooperating before the government authorities, not in the country for 6 months and so on.

If any cogent reasons exist, then we can file a case and have the shares transferred via court.
