Requirements for adding a shareholder in SPC

In order to add a shareholder/partner in SPC, we need to change the type of company to WLL.

Please send us an email to faten@alhaddadlaw.com with a copy of your CR and copy of the new partner's CPR or passport.

 After the amendment is done and the company is changed from SPC to W.L.L, the visa of the lady could be changed from family one to investor if desired by the parties.
