What can I do if my employer is chasing me accusing of theft?

Due to the harassment, I left the job and return to India without informing my company as if I told them they will not let me leave. But now they filed a case in the UAE that I have stolen AED 20000 from the company, and they also filed a case in India.

Now they want to take me back to Dubai for further inquiry by filing a case in India and are demanding local police to send me back to Dubai.

Please advise me.
