Filing a criminal case for issuing fake visa

Hi.

Good afternoon.

Can I file a case against a fake visa agent? It has happened 3 years ago in India. The victim was stopped at India airport due to duplicated visa.

Now, that agent is working in Dubai. The victim is also working in Dubai. Can we file a case?

If it is ok, what is the evidence required to prove this fraud?

Can I know what kind of correspondences need to provide?

The payment was paid directly to the agent. We have a promissory note in regional language (Telugu) which was written by the agent who received 72,000 rupees for work permit visa.

We have visa copy (scanned). And the guy working in Dubai signed on the promissory note.

Two guys involved in this visa process. One guy now in India and second guy in Dubai. The second guy signed on the promissory note.

Can we proceed in this situation?

You will have to translate the document into Arabic, submit the scanned copy of visa and any email/ WhatsApp communication related to this.

Dear Sir,

The accused agent was so rude. He mentioned we can't do anything and blocked my contact number.

So how can we find his address? Is it allowed in UAE to find his location by tracking his mobile number?

If you give surety that we can recover 72000 Rupee's from him, we are ready to lodge a complaint with your help.

But first, check the evidence then you can confirm. Send me your mail ID.

The accused can escape by saying that the agent is my friend, but the money was collected by me.

If he says like that, can we win the case?
