Inspection for a ban applied on a person due to TB scars
Hello Sir,
My wife got a working visa in Dubai, DMCC company in Aug 2018. But due to TB scars in a medical test, her visa got cancelled and she had to go back to India.
It has been 8 months since then and she has been completely cured. How to apply again?
Can she come back?
How to check whether she has got a ban on her visa or not?

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.
Please note that as mentioned she had to leave the country since her medical revealed she had TB scars, there will be a lifetime ban on her.
However, you can check through Immigration about her status.
If there is a ban due to TB scar, you can make a petition in the Ministry of Interior to remove the ban. You will need to show all documents evidencing that her TB is cured.
