Leaving the country without settling debts
Q: Hello Sir, I would like to move to Qatar very soon, however, I have credit card debts in the UAE. Please give an advice that I can move without settling credit card debts. If so, will I be arrested in other GCC countries due to the non-settlement of debts in UAE?

Leaving the UAE for emergency while facing cases to pay debts
Q: I lost my job a few months back and have not been able to find a job ever since. Due to no salary, I haven't been able to pay my liabilities and I currently have 3 legal cases against me. I need to undergo a surgery and I cannot afford to do it here. I would need to visit my home country for the same. If you can, please advise me on the procedure so I can do the same. Thank you

Q: Dear sir/madam, My brother was accused of drug trading. He is working as a driver in Uber but unknowingly, he carries some guys who had drugs in their possession at their residence. What can we do to bail him out? He was tested negative.

Mutual Termination vs Resignation
Is it possible to request a mutual termination of the contract from the employer? My employer recently asked me to submit a resignation. Since it's not legal for him to do this and since I don't mind leaving the company for better opportunities, is it legal for me to request a mutual termination of contract letter? What are the important things that should be stated in the letter?
