Clearing issues of rejecting a visa for security reasons

My mother had visited the UAE three times in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Then, when I applied for her a visit visa again, it was rejected many times for security reasons.

Is there any way to try to clear this?

You should apply again. Visit the Humanitarian Desk at DNRD and request a reasoning for the rejection and for the application to be reviewed.

Maybe you will need more documents to be supporting your mother's visa file.
