Working on a visit visa and paying to issue employment visa
Dear Madam,
I am in a company in Fujaira, but the company didn't sign any agreement with me. I asked them but there wasn't any tangible answer. They did not even give me any letter that implicates that I am working in the company.
I worked with the company two months after two months for my tourist visa to expire. They informed me that I am going to pay for the visa, now every month my salary is cut.
My question is, I want to leave the company because the work is hard for my system and the salary is not helping me. So, madam, I need your help what should I do to cancel from the company?

Dear Questioner,
Thanks for contacting.
As per the new procedure in the Labour Law, before starting the employment you have to sign the offer letter which itself forms part of your labour contract.
If this was not yet done in your matter, and you still work with the company without getting the full salary, it is a clear violation of the labour law.
So you can complain about this to your nearest Tasheel centre or Tawafuq, and if the matter is not settled from there, it will be referred to the labour court for its decision.
