Selling assets of a deceased without consent of the other successors

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

I understand your situation but the only way forward in this is to file a case in court to stop her from selling the assets.

I am assuming your husband did not have a will in place. You will have to open an inheritance case to get assets of your husband.

You can approach the Court directly where they will assist you with legal aid or approach Al Adeed Center where the legal recourse is really cheap and litigant friendly.
