Reducing the notice period upon resignation to take another offer
Hi Sir!
Good day!
I have resigned from my company and they served 30 days' notice as per the contract.
Now, I have an offer from a new company but it's urgent, I requested them to reduce my notice to 20 days and will pay for the 10 days left. But they declined.
What actions should I take to grant my request? I haven't used my annual leave and I'm running 11 months.

Dear questioner,
An employee who wishes to leave his work for a better chance has to sacrifice by introducing an immediate resignation and pay 1-month salary to the company.
Otherwise, he has to keep working for them 1 month after submitting his resignation. For more understanding of your situation please call or Whatsapp me on 0564044050
