Q: Hi,
My contract was suddenly terminated by my employer in Bahrain 7 months before my contract end date. (I was working with the same company for the last 4+ years).
The contract end date for the year 2018-2019: 7-Apr-2019
My last working day was 30-Sep-2018 [Notice was given on 2-Sep-2018]
But they didn't pay any compensation to me, and until now, they didn't pay my indemnity as well. I am currently working in the KSA.
Your proper legal guidance on the same will be highly appreciated.

Dear sir,
I am from India and I am doing software developer job in Bahrain; joined in Bahrain 18-03-2019.
In the offer letter, they didn't mention any deductions but in this month, i.e. April 2019, they deducted from my salary 1%.
The following rule, in which year onwards was it implemented in Bahrain?
For the expatriates, 4% of the full salary including the allowances (3% being the employer share, and 1% being the expat employee share).
