الاجراءات التي يمكن اتخاذها ضد صاحب عمل يرفض دفع تعويض

If you are working in Kingdom of Bahrain and your employer has refused to provide you the indemnity then its the violation of the Labor Law of Bahrain which provides the provisions related to the indemnity.

In case your employer refuse to pay you then you can approach the LMRA in Kingdom of Bahrain or file a claim against the employer with Labor Court in Kingdom of Bahrain.
