Effect on resignation from a free zone company during probation

My Query is: I'm under a probation period of 6 months with a company based in DMCC, JLT, Dubai. I have an offer letter from a company based in Mainland Dubai.

If I resign from my current employer and accept the offer in the mainland, will there be a chance of any ban or penalty?

Hi.

Resignation during your first six months of work may incur a labour ban upon request of your employer and also depending on the terms of your contract.

Such a ban shall be applicable within the free zone only. So, you shall be eligible to be employed in the mainland or other free zones for the period of the ban imposed by Free Zone Authorities, if any.
