Debt claim without any legal documents
I am being chased by a person claiming that I owe her money, with no any legal documents. This person previously during a conversation threatened me to get me deported.
Recently she sent me emails with the subject as "DEBT" and listing various amounts of money claiming that I owe her this money.
What can I do? and what are my rights?

Thanks for your message. Please note that it is very important to prove any debt claim against you to have a substantial proof, be it in writing or not. So, if you have never taken any money as a loan from this person you will have nothing to worry about.
However, in case the subject has other angles to look at, I would advise you to explain further in details what is the relation between you and this person and why is she claiming such money.
