Labor execution procedures when the employer refuses to pay

Hi everyone,

I had a case against my company in court for not paying 6 months salary and end of service benefits.

I got a decision in my favour and then increased in the appeal court. What to do now? The employer doesn't have money to pay me, what shall I do?

Dear Questioner,

I am not sure whether you have already received the stamped judgement from the court. Once you receive it you may apply for the execution of the judgement.

During execution, you can request for various measures such as attachment of trade license, bank accounts, company properties, vehicles and even to issue an arrest warrant against the manager of the company.

During the final step, the manager will be blacklisted in immigration and will not be able to renew the license or travel out of the country.

Hope the above explanation gives you some light on the procedures to be followed.

Thank you.

Regards,
