Opening execution from outside the UAE after winning
Sir,
I have stayed in Dubai for the past 41 years and now staying in the USA.
Since October 2016, my case was going on in Dubai Courts which I have already won in May 2018 & I have not received a penny till date.
My question is, can I cancel the power of attorney and make a new one by staying in the USA?
Please advise.

You can do another power of attorney in the USA, then attest it in the Emirates embassy and you can send the original by DHL.
And regarding your question to cancel the power of attorney for the previous attorney, yes, you can while you are in the USA.
In case you add that matter in your new power of attorney with full details to make the mission easier, it’s preferable if the new attorney drafts the new POA for you.
Notice: from May 2018 until now is a very long time!!!
