Dear Questioner, Yes, you can open a case against whoever started the claim against you if you have been released as innocent in the case based on the investigation. Your claim can demand compensation for the financial, as well as moral damages caused as a result of the false allegation. This we will need to define to come up with an appropriate and reasonable amount. I cannot judge if this will be a successful case before seeing the documents but in case the court sees that the complainant allegedly has falsely accused you, then your chances to get such compensation is high and maybe we can even request a formal proper form of apology.
