إيقاف الراتب إلى آخر يوم عمل عند الاستقالة

أعمل في فترة الإخطار ومدتها 30 يومًا وفي اليوم الثالث والعشرين جاء كشف الرواتب وتلقى جميع العاملين رواتبهم.

هل يحق لصاحب العمل إيقاف دفع الراتب إلى آخر يوم في العمل وإدراج جميع المبالغ في التسوية النهائية؟

The UAE Labour law states that if an employer withholds salary for more than 2 months, then the employee can complain to the same to Ministry of Labour (then the Labour Court) and obtain compensation for such a delay.

However, in your case, it appears it will be less than 2 months (7-8 days), you can wait until the last day to get your pending salary and EOSB.

If the company is not releasing the salaries even on or post the last working day, then you can file a labour complaint and claim the same.
