Q: Hi Nikhat,
I am applying for a New Zealand residency and need a Dubai Police Clearance Certificate for my stay in Dubai from 2006 to 2009.
I had applied for a credit card in the year 2009 and had never used it, but I assume due to some annual fees there was some outstanding amount.
How do I get this sorted to get a PCC? Also, I do not have an Emirates ID and have taken a fingerprint card from New Zealand attested by the UAE embassy.
Please guide me or give me the contact details of anyone who can help me.

Police Clearance Certificate [PCC] or Good Conduct Certificate in the UAE

Q: Hi,
I lived in Dubai about 9 years ago and I left an unsettled credit card bill, not a huge amount but I figured I wasn't going back for any reason.
Then over time, I completely lost track of it. Since then, I got a police clearance certificate from Dubai Police for immigration purposes in another country.
I was wondering if this meant that my record was clear and if I landed in Dubai I would not be put behind bars or anything of the sort.

Q: I have a current police case in Dubai due to a bounced security cheque of AED 30,000 from ENBD for my credit card.
I am outside the country and I just applied for the Canadian immigration. I want to remove my police case and get a police certificate for the Canadian immigration.
How can I pay the fine, and what are the procedures. I need to do this as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help.

Obtaining police clearance certificate for immigration purpose

Q: Hi
I'm S. a Nepalese citizen.
I'm working as a security guard in a company in Dubai and I already completed 2 years and still working.
Now, I want to go to Europe for work and I already did a process and got an offer letter from there. They need some paper from my side which is a police report on my passport and NOC from my company.
I need help in this because my company says they can't give NOC or release paper for work purpose. They only give NOC for visiting purpose, not for work. So, they are saying they will not give me NOC (release)!!
Can you make it clear to me and help me out of this situation, please?
Your little help can make a big change for me.

Issuing a police clearance certificate without the Emirates ID number

Q: I was trying to apply to get my PCC from the UAE online through the MOI app and also through the website since I live overseas, but I could not complete the application process because there is a step that asks to enter my Emirates ID number which I don’t remember.
I think the Emirate ID is a MUST to continue and complete the PCC application. I already have my fingerprints attested at the UAE Embassy. Now I don’t know where to go.
How can you get my PCC with just my passport?
Should I mail it to the UAE or have the embassy mail it for me?

How to apply for Abu Dhabi PCC from Australia without Emirates ID?
1
Q: Hi,
I need a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Abu Dhabi, as that is the only one that can be attested here in Australia.
I have appealed for attestation on my Dubai PCC many times, but it cannot be attested as it is electronic. I need your help as I need it urgently for my security license in Australia.
The Abu Dhabi PCC app does not allow me to submit without an Emirates ID. After I get my fingerprints card attested, how do I apply for an Abu Dhabi PCC?

View allPayment recovery for delay in the delivery of purchased property 0
Hi,
I need to hire a property lawyer.
I have purchased a property that is still under construction. The handover was supposed to be May 2018 and it has been delayed for over 18 months.
Can you please advise what is the average fee to the lawyer and any upcoming fees?
I would like to either receive compensation for the delay or terminate the SPA and receive what I have paid.
Thanks

Mutual Termination vs Resignation 0
Is it possible to request a mutual termination of the contract from the employer?
My employer recently asked me to submit a resignation. Since it's not legal for him to do this and since I don't mind leaving the company for better opportunities, is it legal for me to request a mutual termination of contract letter?
What are the important things that should be stated in the letter?
