Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

I understand that the bank is not being cooperative in giving you the statement. I would advise that you personally visit the branch and request for the statement.

If the attempt fails, then you can send them a legal notice demanding the statement as it's your liability and you are entitled to a copy of the same.
