I availed amnesty last year but my visit visa was rejected. Can I come to the UAE if I get an employment visa?
I availed an amnesty last year, but my visit visa was rejected.
I don't know the reasons, but I'm planning to go back to the UAE after a year.
Can I possibly come without knowing what the main reason is, even though I have an employment visa?
Dear valued customer,
We can perform a complete scan of all UAE systems to check whether or not you have a status or ban and recommend the best approach to resolve it.
The service price is 1000 dirhams. If you are interested, please send us a copy of your passport or Emirates ID via WhatsApp.

You must first inquire about your status within the country.
So contact us by phone.
If you availed the UAE amnesty but later had your visit visa rejected, it may be due to an immigration remark or ban linked to your previous overstay, case, or administrative decision.
In many cases, immigration bans can be temporary (6 months, 1 year, or more), but some may remain until formally lifted.
If you now apply for an employment visa, your employer will need to process it through immigration. If there is still an active ban or pending issue in the system, the visa application will be blocked.
In such cases, the only way forward is to have the ban lifted or the issue resolved.
The safest approach before making travel plans or accepting an employment offer is to conduct an official immigration status check through the UAE authorities.
This will confirm whether any ban exists and for how long. I can guide you in arranging this check or even correspond with the immigration department on your behalf to ensure you do not face refusal at the airport.
You may contact me directly so we can verify your record and ensure you can re-enter without problems.
