Dr Jean-Francois Rycx

Dr Jean-Francois Rycx is the founder and the senior partner of Rycx Legal Consultants (Dubai, UAE). He graduated from the universities of Paris and Aix-en-Provence, and has practised law for 12 years in France as a member of the Bar of Marseilles before moving to Dubai, where he is currently acting as a duly registered legal consultant. His main areas of expertise are the French Civil and Commercial law and International business law. Fluent in Arabic, Dr Rycx has given the firm the potential to operate on a regional scale and particularly in different Arab states in the region. He has been residing for more than 30 years in various Arab countries including Algeria, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates, and currently is acting mainly as a lawyer and legal consultant in the Arab Gulf and France. Residing mainly in Dubai, UAE. Travelling regularly to France. Dr Rycx has been involved in numerous teaching, training and legal consulting with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, and some Universities in the Arab World as well as Abu Dhabi Sorbonne University.
