Ali Sulaiman Abdullah Al Aqeed

Ali Sulaiman Abdullah Al Aqeed is a lawyer and legal consultant registered with the Ministry of Justice and Dubai Legal Affairs Department, with the right of audience before the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Ali Al Aqeed has experience in international commercial law and international investment contracts like B.O.T. contracts, aircraft finance leases, international investment contracts, international e-contracts...etc. He is also an international arbitrator specialized in resolving disputes of international trade contracts, especially international shipping contracts for goods according to the Rotterdam Convention 2008. He has also served as a Notary Public at the Ministry of Justice from 15/03/2005 to 28/11/2007.
