Yazeed Knaan holds Bachelor of Law from University of Jordan in 2004 and LL.M Degree from University of Arizona. YaZeed's practice is focused on business law and broad corporate /commercial practice. He has many years of experience in advising clients reorganization, corporate governance, licensing and distribution arrangements, mergers, acquisition involving both domestic and international. He provides day-to-day advises to banks, insurance companies, loan companies and other financial service providers on various transaction and regulatory matters. He also advises on business partnerships, corporate finance matters and commercial agreements.
