Hashim Salem

Hashim Salem Saif is an Emirati lawyer appearing before all courts of the UAE. He started his career in 2008 when he worked for Dubai Customs and progressed in positions. He also settled at the end of his career in customs working in the Customs Cases Department, where he was making decisions regarding multiple customs crimes such as tax evasion, smuggling of goods, and cases of violation of property rights. He worked at the Dubai International Centre for Commercial Arbitration (DIAC) as a case manager and acquired knowledge of the Dubai Centre statute and procedures of the center. He joined many courses and conferences, where he joined the new arbitrator's course, attended the Young Arbitrators Conference, and attended the IAIS Conference on the inspection of insurance practices and discussing insurance risks to find solutions to these problems. He has extensive experience in the field of real estate, and real estate issues, where he obtained a certificate in real estate brokerage and is familiar with all the details of this field in the UAE.
