Mahmoud Turabi

Mr Mahmoud Turabi is an experienced lawyer with a demonstrated history of working with top banks, leading companies, startups, and emerging investment projects in Palestine, as he possesses a well-based and comprehensive knowledge of substantive laws and legal procedures. Mr Mahmoud is now a co-founding attorney of MAQAM Legal & Consulting Services Law Firm, where he held several positions in his professional career before, as he was the head of the litigation department at Edrak Law Firm, and a former intern at law at one of the biggest law firms in Palestine "Ittqan Consulting Services", as he previously worked as a paralegal at the legal clinic affiliated to An-Najah National University. Mr Turabi is characterized by professional skills in oral and written communication, legal consulting, pleading before the courts, representing clients, contracts drafting, negotiation, arbitration, presentation skills, projects management. interested in many branches of law such as banking law, corporate law, commercial law, investment law, intellectual property laws, competition law, and labour law. Holding a bachelor's degree in law from An-Najah National University, and a master's degree in law and economics from Birzeit University.
