Mohammad Asghari

Dr Mohammad Bagher Asghar Aghamshedi took a humanities exam and subsequently completed his daily law degree at Mazandaran University during his six semesters as a graduate student of outstanding talent. He moved abroad due to his interest in knowledge acquisition in new areas of law and received a PhD in Information Technology and Intelligence Law. He has gained valuable experience as a researcher at the European Commission's Emerging Research Unit, the Whitehorse European Research Center at the University of Bologna, Italy, the Law and Artificial Intelligence Research Center of the University of Tilburg and the Lithuanian Center for Digital Economics Technologies. Dr Asghari, after successfully defending and completing a doctoral thesis at the University of Bologna and teaching at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands, is currently teaching as a Visiting Professor in the field of Intellectual Property Law at Shahid Beheshti University. The main idea behind the establishment of the Payadaad Law Firm is Dr Asghari, who currently manages the Institute and manages the Department of Information Technology Law, E-Commerce and Startups.
