Abdelhamid Soliman

Mr. Soliman is a qualified Corporate Lawyer with 9 + years PQE between Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey. I emphasize my practice in commercial legal consultancy, advice on matters of civil law, international trade Law, corporate law, and labor law. I have developed my practice in debt restructuring, banknote trade agreements, due diligence reports, legal audit, legal marketing, and international investment law. My first practical experience started during my summer internship program in 2007 at Shalakany Law office, a leading law firm in corporate & litigation matters in the Egyptian Market. My main responsibilities were to gain corporate skills and practical experience at the Egyptian courts. In October 2010, I started my first job as an International Lawyer at Meyer-Reumann & Partners, a law firm with German roots and offices across the Middle East. My role was to provide legal consultancy in compliance with Egyptian, Yemeni and Libyan Laws to German Speaking Clients from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland i.e. Eaton Industries GMBH, Sandvik Mining and Construction AB, Man Diesel & Turbo, and Paradigm. In 2013, I moved to Kuwait to acquire the Gulf market experience, where I worked as a Legal Counsel at the Corporate Advisory Department at Al Markaz Law Firm, one of the top tier law firm in Kuwait , I dealt with local and international clients in different transactions i.e. Haliburton, Al Muzaini Exchange Co., C/M/S, YIACO Group, Boushari Group, Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAWH). In 2017, I moved to Turkey to acquire the European & Asian market experience and I started as: - a Legal Counsel for the Middle East at Esenyel | Partners, a leading law firm in Maritime Law in Turkey - then as a Real Estate & Legal Counsel for at Tep Investment Co. In addition to the above, I am working with Arton Capital on citizenship programs for Middle Eastern customers. Also, I am working with Gurcan & Partners - international law firm as a Legal Counsel for the MENA region.
