Daniela Di Francia

Daniela Di Francia is a lawyer authorized to practice before the Supreme Court in Italy. Ms Di Francia is also a lawyer admitted in Dubai (UAE) and in Hungary as an International Conciliator. She is the president of the Italia-Dubai Association and a former partner of the UIA Commission for Cross-border negotiation. In addition, she is a founding member of the ETICA Association. Her principal practice areas are contract law, international commercial law, customs matters, dual-use and strategic export, company law, Islamic finance and Shari'a, oil & gas and ADR in addition to her other areas of expertise like civil practice, investment abroad and trusts.
