Asha Bejoy

Asha Bejoy has about 15 years of legal practice, covering multiple jurisdictions of UAE, India and Singapore, having worked in all these jurisdictions with reputed law firms and businesses. Asha is a DIFC Part I & II registered lawyer. Asha graduated in law and was admitted as an advocate in India in the year 2005. Later, she did Masters in Law from the National University of Singapore and practiced as a foreign lawyer in Singapore with leading firms. Later, she worked as an in-house legal counsel for a UAE based group as its head of legal, covering jurisdictions in GCC, India and Europe. Subsequently, she returned to private practice with a leading firm in South India, joining them as Deputy Practice Head of Dispute Resolution and appeared before various Courts and Tribunals all over India. As part of specialising in arbitration, Asha completed FCIArb from the Charted Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
