Mohamed Samir Rady

Mr Mohamed Samir Rady has almost two decades of legal experience and has worked and managed almost 50 arbitration matters, and over 30 litigation matters, dispute resolution, especially complex disputes, stands as my primary field of experience. His arbitration-specific experience extends to ADHOC arbitration, including under UNCITRAL rules, Egyptian Law, and other laws of the Arab region, and institutional arbitrations, including under the rules of ICC, CRCICA, DIAC, and LCIA. He has experience in several sectors of the economic spectrum with special emphasis on Telecom, Oil & Gas, Hotels & Tourism, Competition, Consumer Protection, Real Estate, Capital Market, M&A, transportation, import & export, Construction, Sports, and Media. Beside Egyptian law, he is advising on laws of other Arab countries such as those of U.A.E, Sudan, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. I hold a bachelor of law from Cairo University, and I am a member of the Egyptian Bar.
