Tarek Amin

Tarek Adel Yahia Abdelaziz Amin is a legal consultant with over 16 years of practical experience in the United Arab Emirates. Tarek previously worked at the Diwan for 11 years and served as a Managing Director and former Partner at a law firm for 9 years. He has extensive expertise in drafting legal memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, and legal notices, and in handling civil and commercial disputes, compensation and financial claims, and criminal cases. Tarek provides professional legal services to individuals and businesses in both Arabic and English, and can coordinate court appearances and legal representation in cooperation with licensed UAE national lawyers who possess strong legal expertise and experience.
