I am an Egyptian-qualified lawyer with over eight years of diversified legal experience, including more than three years of specialized practice within the UAE legal system. I hold a bachelor's degree in law (English Section), a Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Law, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Private Law. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at a well-established legal institution in Dubai, I provide strategic legal counsel and practical solutions across a wide range of legal matters. My role involves advising clients on complex legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal memoranda, and representing client interests before various judicial and quasi-judicial entities. I possess strong analytical capabilities and an exceptional command of legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
