Jamela Altenaiji

Ms. Jamela Altenaiji is an Emirati Lawyer and Legal Consultant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the United Arab Emirates University in 1987 and a Master's degree in Law from Abu Dhabi University in 2021. She has been licensed to practice law before all local and federal courts of all types and degrees since 2002. She also specializes in commercial arbitration and is a member of the Commercial Arbitration Center of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Director of the Abu Dhabi branch of the Emirates Association of Lawyers and Legal Professionals, and a member of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council. She specializes in pleading all types of civil, commercial, personal status, administrative, criminal, labor, and executive cases at all stages before all local and federal courts. She also has experience appearing before the Case Preparation Office, Dispute Resolution and Settlement Committees, and Rental Committees.
