Reem F. Al Khaled

Reem F. Al-Khaled is a partner at GHK Lawyers and has extensive expertise in matters related to the Competition Protection Agency and Capital Markets Authority matters, including preparing legal defenses, providing advice on the Authority's executive regulations, and representing clients in investigations and before the Disciplinary Board. She is also well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, handling due diligence, drafting memorandums of understanding, and sale and purchase agreements. Additionally, she brings valuable experience in the construction sector. Prior to joining GHK Lawyers, Al-Khaled was a lawyer at AlTwaijri Law Firm. She was also the Head of the Legal Department in Sidra Hospital (previously known as Omooma Hospital). Mrs. Reem Al-Khaled holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the College of Law, Kuwait University.
