Mohammed K. Al Ghunaim

Mr. Mohammed K. Al Ghunaim is a former Kuwaiti judge who worked in various circuits and disposed of a variety of commercial, civil, summary, and administrative cases from the year 2000 to the year 2005. Before becoming a judge, he worked as a Public Prosecutor from the year 1994 to the year 2000, during which he worked in various departments, including public funds and difficult debts. He also worked in the legal department of the Gulf Bank of Kuwait from 1993 to 1994. He is a member Kuwait Bar Association and is admitted to appear before the Constitutional and Cassation Courts.
