Ali Mohamed Ali Abouali

With over 15 years of experience working with well-renowned law firms and international companies. Mr Ali Mohamed Ali holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tanta University, Egypt and he had begun his practising law in the Egyptian courts as a lawyer and he moved to Dubai to build a prominent commercial practice representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has considerable experience in the formation of companies, advising on shareholder agreements, as well as compliance issues, and he has considerable experience in the FMCG Companies, the public joint shareholder companies and the corporate governance. Mr Abouali has experience as an in-house counsel and head of a legal department within a well-known international company, local FMCG company, and public joint shareholder company (PJSC). Mr Ali has significant experience in a number of laws sectors including criminal, civil and government affairs.H e has demonstrable skills in litigation, international contracts, negotiations and international arbitration.
