Abdulrahman Alhouti

Abdulrahman Alhouti is a highly accomplished Kuwaiti lawyer with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and legal consultancy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Kuwait University, a Master's degree from Middle East University, and is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Jordan. With over two decades of professional experience, Abdul Rahman has served as a litigating attorney before all courts in Kuwait, a legal researcher, and an investigator at the Ministry of Interior. He is also a certified arbitrator with multiple prestigious arbitration centers, including the Kuwait Lawyers Association, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center. His areas of expertise include commercial arbitration, intellectual property disputes, Islamic finance, and sports arbitration.
